As part of Health Information Week, NHS Wales Library & Knowledge Service are offering an opportunity to learn more about literature searching. Join us for a 1 hour webinar that will introduce you to effective methods for literature searching on Friday, 8 July, 2022, 10:00 – 11:00. This session will make use of the databases available to all NHS Wales staff and students via the NHS Wales e-Library. Whether you’re a student undertaking a course or a health professional simply wanting to keep up with the latest evidence to support research or patient care then this webinar is for you. You will learn how to identify health information sources to search for evidence, understand how to use keywords, subject headings and Boolean operators effectively, and gain the confidence to construct a relevant search strategy and apply it to the appropriate database to find the latest evidence.
