Revalidation is the new process that all nurses and midwives in the UK will need to follow to maintain their registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

 

Taking effect from April 2016, revalidation is straightforward and helps a nurse or midwife demonstrate that they can practise safely and effectively.
